Through the Families in Transition Program, the Aurora Housing Corporation provides affordable housing and case management services to low and moderate income families who are moving from homelessness to stable, permanent housing.  Dedicated staff members provide assistance in identifying the needs of the family and designing family-specific plans to address the identified needs.
